Your day-to-day:
Ensure the implementation of the national strategy for the commercialization of smoke-free products;
Participate in the development of the Strategy for the commercialization of smoke-free products in the Country and business model management.
Develop the Budget and Plans for the commercialization of smoke-free products in Tashkent in cooperation with the Commercial Planning and SFP Departments.
Ensure the adjustment and monitoring of compliance with the Budget for the commercialization of smoke-free products.
Development and coordination of programs and activities for interaction with adult consumers between departments to ensure the sustainable development of the PMSD business in the country;
Development and control over the achievement of key channel indicators within the country;
Continuous search for improvements through analysis of the results obtained and adjustments to the strategy for improving key performance indicators.
Management, training, development and motivation of the team.
Conducting negotiations with selected key clients if necessary; constantly assess the performance of key clients to identify potential opportunities.
Building a client development plan in accordance with the PMSD strategy.
Who we're looking for:
Higher education.
Experience in team management for at least 3 years.
Financial experience is welcome, Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Proficiency in English – not lower than Intermediate (written and spoken) is preferable.
Desire to improve established processes to achieve the best results.
