What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst (SA) – BCG Vantage within BCG's Health Care Practice Area (HCPA), you will work in a growing global team, providing Biopharma expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide analysis, expert advisory and knowledge assets. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, you will support the Biopharma Commercial business in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.
Your area of focus will be around biopharma marketing, sales, and value, access and pricing topics in the United States, as well as globally. In addition, you will be the driving force to develop, expand and commercialize our proprietary Biopharma Commercial datasets and analytical tools.

1-2+ years of professional experience in Biopharma Commercial required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience as business analyst or brand manager; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferredProfound knowledge of the US pharma market and Health Care system, knowledge of other worldwide pharma markets a plusBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in EnglishAdvanced skills in business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)Strong business acumen and problem-solving skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environmentWho You'll Work With

The BCG Vantage team is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.
BCG's Vantage team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 24% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
