What You'll Do

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Financial Institutions (FI) Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing expertise and insights on front-to-back (F2B) digitization in the financial services sector. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.


Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the F2B in FI topic, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the F2B in FI topic, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As an Manager – BCG Vantage, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

 

F2B banking begins with identifying value streams and mapping them across the organization. A bank then digitizes front-end customer interactions and integrates them with digitized back-end processes. By harnessing the power of an array of digital technologies—including automation, AI, and data platforms—and using agile ways of working, a bank can build digital customer journeys that seamlessly deliver products and services, while running lean operations and mitigating risk.

F2B digitization is a fundamentally new way for financial institutions to organize, staff, fund, and govern their work that serves the customer and the business.



What You'll Bring

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

3+ years consulting experience in relevant F2B digitization required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

We expect total annualized compensation for NYC employees to be approximately the following:

Base salary between $126,400 - $132,000; placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level

Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-20%

5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
