Your “day to day”
As a Manager B2C Sales Operations you will oversee and manage B2C sales operations across the Baltic States, will be driving sales targets, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, leading projects, and fostering strong stakeholder and service provider relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
You will:
Lead B2C sales operations across the Baltics, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and strong service provider performance.Drive operational excellence through effective stock management, budgeting, reporting, and POS (point of sales) systems oversight.Maintain governance and audit readiness with accurate reporting and adherence to company standards.Drive continuous improvement and innovation by implementing process, system, and service enhancements that optimize B2C sales operations, ensure cost efficiency, and deliver quality excellence.Lead B2C sales operations projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met through effective stakeholder collaboration and best-practice project management.Manage operational budgets and lead cost-efficiency initiatives, aligning with strategic objectives and collaborating with Finance and Procurement to optimize resources and drive savings.
Requirements:
University degree in Business, Management, Marketing or similar.Successful shown experience in retail industry, ideally in FMCG.Demonstrated capability in understanding retail processes and operations.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proficiency in sales management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop high-performing teams.Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
