PwC Service Delivery Center (SDC) is one of the largest companies in the BPO/SSC sector in Poland and on the local market. SDC has two offices, located in Katowice and Opole, and employs over 2,000 people who provide services to approximately 50 PwC offices around the world. The company supports over 70 global processes within the PwC Network in three areas of service: Assurance, Tax, and Internal Firm Services.
RTM (Remote Team Member) representatives provide comprehensive support in a wide range of Assurance activities, acting as an "extension" of the audit team and performing tasks tailored to the clients’ needs. In this role, you’ll oversee the execution of audit engagements delivered by our RTM Teams, ensuring high-quality work, operational excellence, and strong collaboration with engagement teams across regions.
You’ll play a key role in managing teams, developing talent, optimising audit processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service delivery model.
Responsibilites:
Leading audit teams: Supervising and coaching of RTMs, reviewing deliverables to ensure high-quality audit work
Ensuring compliance: Maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing robust audit methodologies
Knowledge management: Identifying substantive areas requiring improvement and taking actions to address knowledge gaps
Training management and delivery: Providing ongoing substantive support for Remote Team Members including conducting training, preparing training materials, and participating in consultations
Coaching and taking care of growth of coachee’s knowledge along with identifying knowledge needs and actively participating in the development and implementation of corrective actions.,
Collaborating with clients: Engaging in the implementation and development of new services responding to the clients’ needs
Remote Team Model development: Supporting the implementation of process improvements, innovations, and digital audit tools
Our requirements:
Educational background: University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
Experience: 5+ years of audit experience, including demonstrated experience in managing teams
Professional certification: Local CPA or ACCA Member
Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and assurance methodologies.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess financial data and internal controls effectively
Experience in auditing companies within the financial sector is an advantage.,
Language skills: English – fluent, , German – advantageous (preferred but not mandatory
Communication: Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Work environment: Experience working in a multicultural, international environment is an advantage
