**Job Description:**
The **Manager A&D Strategy and Execution** will lead and implement end-to-end Acquisition and Divestiture activities across the enterprise, applying modern analytics and AI-enabled platforms to deliver on technical solutions, approaches, and decisions for TS workstreams, in alignment with architecture strategic direction and the A&D playbook, for one or more A&D deal integrations, separations and spinoffs. The responsibilities will also include day-to-day oversight of contractors, and led service providers in support of deal integration for the areas including cloud and compute, collaboration tools, end-user, network & security, data, and applications/platforms. They will also look to leverage AI to automate repeatable workflows, and support post-close value realization. This role partners closely with A&D service line, finance, legal, tax, business unit leaders, data science/AI teams, and external advisors to drive integration/separation planning and execution. The candidate blends transaction experience with practical use of strong negotiation skills, multi-functional project leadership and AI tools.
Additionally, this role will be responsible to Identify and assess potential risks associated with acquisitions and divestitures in their areas of responsibility and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with other relevant collaborators to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the deal lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external collaborators, including integration, separation partners and external advisors.
Acquisitions and Divestitures are a strategic imperative for Johnson and Johnson. This role partners with Enterprise Service Line Deal Leads, TS Service Owners, ISRM, Non-TS workstream leads, and the A&D Strategy & Operations team to deliver solutions and to identify and implement process improvements to accelerate business results and create new possibilities for deal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Overall responsibility for planning workstream strategy including solution design, integration and separation plans, and transition to operations. Developing the integration plans for acquisitions and separation/carve-out plans for divestitures, including workstream charters, detailed timelines, resource plans, and important metric targets.
+ Ensure successful collaboration and coordination with network, communications, online collaboration, end-user, ISRM, application hosting, facilities, architecture, finance, productivity & collaboration, data migration, procurement, compliance, ERP, MLL, Database, D&A, ADPR and Asset Management teams.
+ Facilitate development of technical solutions, approaches, and decisions in alignment with architecture strategic direction and the A&D playbook, updating playbook as needed and new processes are evolving in the environment.
+ Champion adoption of AI capabilities which ensure\accelerate delivery of results meet the needs of business and achieve predetermined\planned outcomes.
+ Provide collaborative and inclusive environment for delivery teams to discuss issues and engage the right resources for solutioning.
+ Act as a Technology Services advocate and leader to ensure partners are aware of updated solution that will be implemented. Coordinating with peer workstream leads to cultivate awareness and information sharing across the team.
+ Identify and drive innovation opportunities with AI as appropriate to accelerate A&D strategies and deal integrations through POCs, research, increased use of IT accelerators, and reliance on standards and playbook.
**Qualifications**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology or equivalent is required.
+ Master’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, business or equivalent is preferred.
**Experience and Skills:**
**Required:**
+ 5 or more years of relevant IT experience.
+ Engage and partner with all levels of IT and business partners across functions.
+ Influence to drive resolution for critical issues by bringing in teams together – both internal J&J teams and external vendors – while having the skill to communicate to diverse audiences and levels of management.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and social skills. Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills are required.
+ Being confident in conveying sophisticated technical ideas to diverse audiences.
+ Ability to work under stress and aggressive timelines and ability to build and manage collaborations at various levels both inside and outside of the organization.

**Preferred:**
+ Track record of experience in planning and handling the finances and schedules of medium-sized projects (>$500k).
+ Understanding and experience with facilitating the development of technical and innovative solutions in a highly regulated environment.
+ Experience and knowledge of compliance regulations can influence technology projects.
+ Drive efficiency and effectiveness in deal execution through cross-leverage, standardization, and innovation.
+ IT experience with business acquisitions or divestitures and integration activities is preferred.
+ Project Management Certification (Lean, PMP, or Agile certification) is preferred.
+ Experience working in a Shared Services IT Operating model where development and support services are provided by shared services organizations that support multiple functional and organizational units.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $102,000- $177,100
