Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join the FP&A Accountable Reporting team within Excavation Division (EXD) based in Singapore. This position involves leading a global team and collaborating with partners across different regions of the world, which is a fantastic experience for anyone looking to expand their career in financial analysis and planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial analysis and planning for the division, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis (internally known as Form M). You will be directly supporting the Division Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on monthly results and forecasts, giving you a unique chance to make a significant impact on the division's financial performance.
Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to see the Global Finance (GFSO) strategy in action, as you will represent the division in several workstreams and lead transformation projects across the division. It's an incredible chance to contribute to the success of the Excavation Division and grow your skills in financial planning and analysis.
What You Will Do:
Manage a team of 4 direct reports and engaging with global teams to foster a cohesive and collaborative environment across different regions
Support the Division Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Oversee all aspects of financial analysis and planning for the division including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Variance Analysis
Provide insights on monthly financial results and offer recommendations on actions to respond
Collaborate with business partners both inside and outside the division, including teams in S&OP, Pricing, Supply Management, Supply Chain, Transportation, Operations, Segment Consolidations, and Corporate
Coordinate the development of the Annual Business Plan as well as the annual and quarterly forecasts and outlooks
Represent Excavation on several Global Finance workstreams related to Accountable results and champion the changes within the division
What You Have:

Top candidates will also have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
Progressively Accounting or Finance experience, including cost accounting and budget development
CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
Additional Information
This position requires working onsite five days a week
Position location - Singapore
Limited travel (less than 15%)
