General Summary
Responsible for defining the strategy, business process requirements, design, and deployment of the Oracle Absence Management module within the Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. This includes PTO, Sick Leave plans, LOA, Eligibility, Disability, Return to work, Interfaces, Workflow, Reporting and Data Conversions.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
Experience working with HCM/ERP such as Lawson or Oracle. Required and3 years Experience working with or designing business processes in Absence Management: PTO, Sick Leave plans, LOA, Eligibility, Disability, Return to work, Interfaces, Workflow, Reporting and Data Conversions. Required andSDLC or Agile methodology experience. RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Ability to successfully develop staff.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong time management skills a must.Benefits Offered:
