About the role

• 상업시설 공간기획 (스페이스 브랜딩)

• 상환경 컨설팅 (상업시설 공용부분 기획설계 중심)

• 상업시설 평면 구성 및 개선 / 공간 디자인 실무 / 디자인 기획서 및 보고서 작성

• 상업용 부동산 중 상업시설의 국내외 market research

• 상업용 부동산 중 상업시설의 소비자 트렌드 및 소비행태 동향 파악

• 공간기획 및 상환경 컨설팅 보고서 logical approach 구축

• 공간기획팀 매니저 포지션 (팀 커뮤니케이션 / 팀 매니징 / 프로젝트 리딩)

About you

프로그램 사용 능력은 필수 그 외 항목은 선호 사항

• PPT, SKETHCUP, AUTO CAD, D5RENDER & ENSCAPE 등 RENDERING TOOL, ADOBE 관련 TOOL 등 공간기획을 위한 필수적인 프로그램의 상급 사용 능력 필수

• 다수의 고객 프레젠테이션 및 인테리어 설계 실무 경험을 보유한 인재 선호

• 상환경 디자인, 공간기획 및 디자인, 브랜딩, 광고대행사 등 컨설팅 / 디자인의 정량화, 소비심리 분석, 마케팅, 스토리텔링 등 상업용 부동산 자산의 디자인 기획 및 분석경험을 보유한 인재 선호

• 그 외 본인만의 디자인 철학을 통한 아웃풋 도출 및 클라이언트 니즈 충족에 탁월한 능력을 보유한 인재 선호

• 팀원 리딩 경험 및 고객 커뮤니케이션에 능통한 인재 선호

• 외국어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 선호 (비즈니스 영어 및 영어 문서 작성 가능자 선호)
• 포트폴리오 필수 제출
