Strong technical and business analysis skills as a prerequisite for the team. **Job Description*** Create custom solution based on SharePoint developer using java scripts and DFFS, python, tableau, alteryx, PowerQuery and PowerShell or other emerging technologies to simplify business dashboards and reporting. Our reporting portfolio includes the following: + Risk Management + Regulatory Compliance + Process Controls + Optimizations + Employee Lifecycle Tools used: + SharePoint Designer + DFSS + Tableau + Python + Alteryx + VBA + PowerQuery + PowerShell + MS SQL **Responsibilities*** + Coordinating with diverse customers across front line units and translating business needs into technical requirements + SharePoint development including page development, form designing and workflow designing using designer, java scripting and DFFS + ETL development using Alteryx, Python, Powerquery, Powershell, MS SQL or alike tools + Dashboard Designing using Tableau + Producing data extracts, automation techniques, documentation, data lineage + Data and Business Analytics + Current routine product maintenance + Improve on current reporting and make recommendations + Coordinate with technology and other partners **Requirements*** **Education*** - Graduate **Certifications If Any** : Alteryx or Python or Tableau Certification is preferred **Experience Range*** -8-10 years **Foundational Skills:** + A seasoned SharePoint developer who can: + Expert in SharePoint development including page development, form designing and workflow designing using designer, java scripting and DFFS + Work with diverse customers across front line units and translate business needs into technical requirements + Find solution to business problems and helping enable businesses with automations + Design high quality and visually impactful dashboards using tableau + Has working experience on ETL development using alteryx, python, powerquery, powershell or alike tools + Good understanding of data and Business Analytics + Tools: + SharePoint Designer with DFFS + Python + Alteryx + MS Excel with VBA + Tableau + MS SQL **Desired skills** Excellent Communication Skills, to be very comfortable talking to diverse customers and translating business needs into technical requirements. Techno functional profile with adept in data wrangling techniques including: Producing data extracts, Automation techniques, Documentation, Data lineage. Works independently without directions.
