Store Management Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper documentation, and conduct regular audits. Implement FIFO/LIFO systems and ensure safe handling and storage practices.

      2. Purchase & Procurement

Identify and source materials, machinery, and services as per technical specifications and project timelines. Evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective procurement. Monitor delivery schedules, resolve supply chain issues, and ensure timely availability of resources.

      3.  Techno-Commercial Coordination

Analyze and compare technical specifications with commercial offers during vendor selection. Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and work orders ensuring alignment with project needs. Liaise with execution, engineering and finance teams to ensure compliance with budget and technical standards.

     4.   Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all procurement and store activities comply with project policies, safety norms, and regulatory standards. Maintain records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews. Support in preparing MIS reports, cost tracking, and vendor performance evaluations.

Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Preferred fields: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) Supply Chain Management Business Administration Commerce or Finance

Master’s Degree (Desirable)

MBA or PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance 

Certifications (Optional but Valuable)

SAP MM/SD Module Certification Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Project Management Professional (PMP) ISO Quality Systems Training

 Experience: Minimum 15 yrs.

Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and contract management. Experience in techno-commercial evaluations, vendor negotiations, and ERP systems.
