Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain an environment in which all clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and personnel are treated with dignity and respect.Provide supervision and support to influence team members’ productivity and quality of services.Monitor client outcomes and ensure adherence to best practice standards.Conduct field observations and review service documentation for quality assurance.Maintain contact with referral and funding sources to promote positive relationships and program growth.Oversee the acceptance of referrals and coordinate team member assignments.Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing training for team members.Track and report revenue and expense information for designated service areas.Participate in networking and marketing activities to increase awareness and develop partnerships.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as human resources or social services from an accredited institution is preferred.Two or more years of experience in a leadership role providing employment, personnel, social services, or other applicable experience is preferred.Relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
