We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations as part of our growing Sanctions Operations team within Intuit’s CyberCraft department. The Senior Manager Operations role will focus on Intuit’s sanctions screening program, including but not limited to restricted party screening, embargoed country blocking, and NACHA regulations. The Manager will work across functions (Legal, Internal Audit, Technology, Information Security, Finance, Corporate Accounting, etc.) to support all of the Sanctions operations work that drive short- and long-term business outcomes. This role is based out of our San Diego Office location and is not remote-eligible.
This role will focus on leading a large sanctions operations team,working very closely with your operations service provider (OSP), Legal and Product teams to monitor, evaluate and strengthen sanctions compliance risk mitigation work, evaluating existing sanctions alert review / investigation processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency, and find ways to scale our internal processes for business and customer growth. Successful candidates for this role will utilize strong sanctions compliance subject matter expertise, operational process, program and technology management to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the sanction compliance program within Intuit
