As a Team Lead on the Growth Lifecycle Marketing team, you will lead marketers who are responsible for driving: the end to end campaign strategy (defining the audience, creative, content), through to execution of the campaign (in collaboration with operations and analytics teams) against our highest priority initiatives. You will work with partners across the organization to run rapid funnel & landing page optimization tests to improve conversion rate and drive adoption of our Quickbooks platform. **What you'll bring** + 10+ years of digital marketing, web optimization, conversion rate optimization experience in b2c or b2b digital marketing with 3+ years of experience as a people manager + Excellent leadership skills, demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels + Strong aptitude for operational excellence and project management workflow excellence + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, triggers, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance + Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points. + Ability to manage multiple complex projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities + Ability to both create long term learning agendas and iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaigns + High intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for challenging the status quo and finding new solutions + Proficiency with Project Management software (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence), Google docs, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Amplitude, and other data analysis tools + Bachelor’s Degree required **How you will lead** + Oversee a team of Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure the successful execution of multiple end-to-end customer journey campaigns and landing page optimization tests + Manage workload across the team, ensure rigorous prioritization with cross-functional partners, remove barriers to execution, collaborate with partners to move projects forward + Lead the strategy, development and execution of funnel / conversion rate optimization tests that aim to drive increased adoption of the Quickbooks platform + Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user behavior on landing pages, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform hypotheses + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, analytics, engineering) to identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement and drive the learning agenda + Provide direction to build program test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testing along with analysts to inform data-driven recommendations for future tests + Vet and prioritize incoming requests both for the team and cross-functional partners. + Manage performance, provide regular feedback, and set performance goals for the team to ensure that they are aligned with the holistic growth team objectives & KPIs. + Attract and retain top talent while developing Lifecycle Marketing Managers to maintain a higher performance culture _Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
