Job Details An Industrial Automation Sales professional for Life Sciences, F&B and FMCG vertical is responsible for selling automation solutions like PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, VFDs, and robotics specifically tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Identifying customer needs within pharmaceutical facilities, designing customized automation systems to improve efficiency, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within pharmaceutical companies to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Analyze pharmaceutical / life sciences & F&B manufacturing operations to identify automation needs, process optimization opportunities, and compliance requirements. Design customized automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, HMI, robotics, drives, and software from the company portfolio. Deliver technical presentations and proposals highlighting efficiency, quality, and compliance benefits in regulated environments. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards such as FDA, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5. Collaborate with customers through regular site visits and office-based solution development.
