Role & responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and oversight for industrial relations and administration across 10+ project sites. Ensure timely decision-making on workforce planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder negotiations. Monitor site-level compliance with all labour laws, statutory norms, and ESG standards. Act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. Handle escalation-level risk and grievance management in coordination with site teams. Drive consistent governance in labour management, safety compliance, and site administration across projects. Ensure contractual obligations are met and project deliverables are supported through effective back-end admin control.
Candidate requirements:
10–12 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Project Administration, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction firms. Experience in handling compliance with labor laws (ID Act, CLRA, ESI, EPF, etc.) Must have supported or overseen a minimum of 10 infrastructure/construction projects. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with ESG standards in the construction/industrial sector. Preferably with a background in Human Resources, Law, or Industrial Psychology.
