Manager – Customer Training

Job Summary
The Manager - Customer Training is responsible for leading a team of customer training consultants and executing strategic, goal-aligned training programs across large enterprise accounts. This role focuses on creating impactful learning experiences that drive solution adoption, operational efficiency, and long-term success. The manager will oversee and develop strategic training plans, execution of onsite and virtual training, facilitate training delivery, and support transition efforts to ensure customers are equipped to sustain training programs.


Responsibilities

Leadership & StrategyLead a team of customer trainers in the design and delivery of high-impact training programs.Lead and execute a scalable learning strategy aligned with customer onboarding, change management, and solution adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and customer needs.Instructional DesignCreate structured, goal-oriented learning experiences based on learner needs and desired outcomes.Develop content and assessments using instructional design methodologies to ensure relevance, accessibility, and effectiveness.Align training materials with best practices and workflows within the solution.Training Execution & FacilitationDeliver training sessions across customer accounts, ensuring engagement and clarity.Guide interactive learning experiences that support participation, understanding, and retention.Foster inclusive environments that encourage learner confidence and adoption.Ensure continuity and sustainability of training programs post-implementation.Strategic Communication & Relationship BuildingCraft and deliver clear, targeted messages that align with organizational goals and drive meaningful outcomes.Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional teams.Engage customers through collaborative sessions that promote understanding and alignment.Continuous Improvement & Learning MindsetStay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Seek feedback and apply insights to continuously improve training strategies and outcomes.Promote a culture of curiosity, adaptability, and growth within the training team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leading teams, or Customer Training, with a focus on instructional design and facilitation preferredExperience in healthcare or enterprise hospital environments strongly preferred.Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex training projects.Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.Travel Expectations: Up to 75%

Anticipated salary range: $86,400 - $143,145
