What You'll Do
As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Client Focus path within BCG's BCG Transform Practice Area, you will work on long-tail projects focused on Implementation, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions.
You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:
Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs, focusing on executing strategies in line with established goals Analytical structured thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios Supporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanisms Managing disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization tracking Conducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impact Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness Drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working and enabling capability uplift through upskilling during implementation or transformation context. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.YOU'RE GOOD AT

3+ years consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related roles strongly preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredProven experience in effectively translating strategy into actionBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in Arabic and EnglishStrong business and financial acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholdersWho You'll Work With
