• Postgraduate accounting qualification, such as a CA or CPA; • 7-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience with a strong background in financial accounting and reporting services; • Deep understanding of the reporting requirements under IFRS, with particular emphasis on standards relevant to the banking industry; and • Ability to work in a virtual global team, manage cross-border relationships, and be willing to travel internationally if required.

In this role, you will manage IFRS-based accounting and reporting in a dynamic, transaction-focused environment. Your responsibilities will also include monthly balance sheet and P&L analysis, month-end close, and financial, regulatory, and tax reporting submissions, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards. Your strong technical expertise in IFRS and a proactive approach to financial control and process improvement will make you successful in this role.
