As a Manager, eCommerce Sales at Spectrum, you’ll lead the execution of marketing-driven projects on Spectrum.com, transforming insights into high-impact digital journeys that drive engagement and growth. Your work will be essential in delivering measurable improvements that support Spectrum’s commitment to outstanding customer experiences.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

Lead the execution and continuous enhancement of digital marketing and personalization initiatives on Spectrum.comTranslate brand, content and campaign priorities into actionable requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for digital projectsDrive localization and personalization strategies to increase customer relevance and encourage purchase funnel entryPlan, execute and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to prioritize and scale high-performing experiencesPartner with Analytics to define success metrics, monitor performance and communicate key insights to stakeholdersOperate within Agile frameworks, overseeing backlog management, sprint planning and iterative releases with cross-functional teamsCollaborate with UX and Engineering to balance speed, quality, feasibility and customer experience standards while leveraging AI-enabled tools for improved decision making

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education   

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience   

3+ years in digital marketing, product management, eCommerce, growth or related fields3+ years delivering customer-facing digital experiences in cross-functional environments

Skills   

Ability to translate marketing priorities into executable digital workExperience delivering customer-facing digital experiences in marketing, eCommerce or growth environmentsFamiliarity with personalization concepts and applying customer context to increase relevance and engagementExperience with experimentation, testing and optimization frameworksAbility to operate in Agile delivery models including backlog ownership and sprint planningStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize and assess impactClear communication skills and ability to partner with multiple stakeholder groups

Education

Advanced degree in related field

Experience

Experience in telecom, media or subscription-based productsExperience supporting personalization or growth initiatives on scale

Skills
