Manager, Workshop and BPM

The Workshop and BPM Manager provides comprehensive support for global process management and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization. This includes process architecture, mapping, requirements management, documentation development, and workshop facilitation.
**What you will do**
+ Partner with functional business areas to create and update processes while minimizing administrative burden on key stakeholders: Functional Business Leaders, End-to-End (E2E) Leads, Global Process Owners (GPLs), Global Process Governance Owners (GPGOs), GPG team, and Accelerate business process management team.
+ Establish and implement quality standards for process documentation, including guidelines, principles, tools, metrics, and methodologies
+ Execute role identification processes aligned with SAP security roles and Stryker's business needs
+ Ensure proper integration of processes through end-to-end (E2E) scenarios
+ Deliver training on process management strategy and capabilities
+ Lead workshop strategy development and implementation that aligns with organizational objectives and ensures effective continuous improvement initiatives
+ Establish governance frameworks for workshops and process improvement activities
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements that drive measurable business results
+ Create and maintain a Kaizen engine to systematically capture, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities within a structured framework
+ Partner with the PMO to integrate process improvement initiatives into broader project management strategies and track performance and ROI.
**What you need**
Required:
+ 3+ years of experience in business management and process mapping, with demonstrated ability to drive process standardization and generate business insights through analytics and process mining methodologies
+ 3+ years leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies or proven experience leading improvement workshops (Kaizen Events) from identification through implementation, including FMEA, Value Stream Mapping, and root cause analysis.
+ Experience with process mapping, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and CI workshops
+ Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
+ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance and Accounting with CI experience, or related field
+ Proficiency in Minitab, R, and other statistical software
+ Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt to Black Belt)
+ Excellent analytical skills and A3 thinking methodology
+ Demonstrated leadership experience
Preferred:
+ Experience with financial process improvements
+ PMP/Agile Certification is advantageous
+ Data Analytics expertise is beneficial
+ Proficiency in business applications (Microsoft Office, databases, Visio)
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, including identifying customer requirements (CTQ), project communication, and negotiation
