What will you be doing? 

Report financial results: Accurately report on financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies Support Caleres Canadian office: Oversight of certain financial activities including import accounting, audit, and tax requests as necessary, and support and oversight of one bookkeeper located in the Canadian office Complete month-end close process: Ensure it’s done accurately and timely, in accordance with established company processes and procedures Review general ledger accounts: Ensure general ledger accounts within area of responsibility are accurately stated in all material respects, and properly reconciled in accordance with company policy Review internal control structure: Make updates as it relates to Wholesale divisions and related accounting and finance processes Internal and external audits: Provide necessary documentation and information as required Report quarterly and annually: Provide necessary documentation as required, including support for 10-K, 10-Q, and quarter due diligence review meetings
