As part of the Navigation leadership team, you will have a direct hand in crafting and executing product lines for the most advanced navigation solutions in the world. **What You Will Do:** + The Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) leads all phases of the product lifecycle from inception through completion. Primary responsibilities for this position include strategic planning for assigned product lines, leading a program management team to maintain production flow, execution of obsolescence projects, and promoting cross-business product synergies to support business unit objectives. + Qualified candidates should have a strong background in avionics products, systems and project management with experience leading and managing complex product or system developments. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
