**What You Will Do:**
+ The Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) leads all phases of the product lifecycle from inception through completion. Primary responsibilities for this position include strategic planning for assigned product lines, leading a program management team to maintain production flow, execution of obsolescence projects, and promoting cross-business product synergies to support business unit objectives.
+ Qualified candidates should have a strong background in avionics products, systems and project management with experience leading and managing complex product or system developments. Candidates will also balance technical knowledge and business acumen to manage assigned product lines.
+ This leadership position reports to the Director of the Navigation Portfolio and is an active participant on the leadership team.
+ Lead cross-functional teams that regularly manage products/services with new market capabilities and offerings.
+ Manage product lines through their life cycle and creating cross-business product synergies to support business objectives.
+ Execution responsibilities include cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, manufacturing, product support, and quality for assigned product lines.
+ Develop product line investment business cases, new business growth strategies and annual strategic planning efforts for the business.
+ Manage risks with meaningful financial and schedule mitigation plans.
+ Manage the program management teams to drive supply chain resilience and achieve output and delivery assurance targets.

**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
+ Prior experience in Operations, Process Management, or related
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Aerospace Industry experience
+ Strength in interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
+ Experience with manufacturing, engineering project planning and program execution.
+ Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
+ Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
