About the Role

The Unassigned Conservation and Lead Conversion Team Lead is responsible for
implementing strategies that aim to retain existing unassigned customers as well as
drive new sales by offering product solutions on financial needs of prospective and
existing customers.
The individual in this role will lead a team that will:
• Nurture, retain, and resell to existing customers who are no longer assigned
to a Life Planner
• Drive new sales sourced from special acquisition efforts, or from nonmoving customer leads
• Convert untouched existing customer leads from resell campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities:

This position is accountable for the delivery of the following roles and responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team retention and sales goals. Identify best practices and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and uplift retention and leads conversion rates. Establish clear and achievable retention and sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with broader company objectives.Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize attrition. Guide and mentor the team members to proactively reach out to unassigned customers to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and generate saved ANP through retention and lapse prevention. Page 2 of 3Sales Performance: Drive the team to nurture and convert leads sourced from multiple channels (e.g. web, offline events, special acquisition campaigns), leads may also be from existing customer resell campaigns that remain untouched by Life Planners. The individual in this role is also expected to drive the team to reach out to identified cohorts of unassigned customers, conduct needs assessment, and resell relevant products.Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products and services to effectively advise customers and answer queries; continuously attend training programs to stay updated on new products, processes and policies.Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team members’ performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.Prepare management reports as necessaryPerform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in any courseAt least 4 to 6 years' experience in SalesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Experience in building and leading high performing teams
