Position Summary:
The Manager, Paid Media, is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives. This role collaborates closely with internal PMI U.S. stakeholders and external partners, publishers and agency partners, to ensure that all paid media efforts align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. In addition, this role will engage with creative content management for all paid media.
Your ‘day to day’:
Along with our paid media agency, lead the develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search, display, social, video, print. and emerging digital channels. Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and meet KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internally and externally, including communications, creative, analytics, and external agencies, to create integrated campaigns and align content strategies. Identify and evaluate new paid media opportunities and technologies that support business growth; present new platforms or tools that enhance visibility and better achieve goals. Integrate and develop opportunities to refine audience segmentation, personalization, and real-time adjustments using AI. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns leverage the latest innovations and opportunities. Oversee the preparation of campaign briefs, timelines, and reporting dashboards for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal requirements in all paid media content.
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree 10 years in marketing, advertising, or communications with significant experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or large in-house environment. Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel). Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling is a plus. Comfortable presenting in front of small and large groups. CuriousPreferred:
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms. Experience managing large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns. Familiarity with data visualization tools and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic social media best practices.
Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000-$165,000
