What You Will Do

Analyze global training needs and design scalable training strategies, curricula, and performance support materials to ensure long-term adoption and effectivenessLead the creation and execution of training project plans (L1–L3), ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with high qualityOversee training implementation for global systems, including ERP and supporting applications, and evaluate effectiveness to drive continuous improvementCoordinate training logistics, including scheduling, trainer assignments, and delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessionsManage role mapping activities and partner with security and application teams to ensure timely access for end usersCollaborate with change management leads to drive engagement and reinforce learning through Learning Lab strategiesLead cross-divisional teams to deliver training without direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignmentPresent training strategies and progress updates to stakeholders, creating enthusiasm and ensuring end-user participation

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 8 years of experience in training, change management, or project managementExperience managing complex projectsProficiency in virtual learning methods (eLearning, webinars, videos)Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degreeExperience designing and delivering training programs for system implementation projectsExperience with ERP system implementation and global application deployment projectsExperience supporting international projects

$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
