We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. **We are looking for a Training and Education Manager for our Sensus Group in Morrisville!** **Key Responsibilities:** **Team Leadership and Collaboration** + **Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, distributor partners and technical services to ensure training aligns with strategic goals and product updates.** + This will include proactive meetings with stakeholders to understand their training needs: + Distributor events & meetings + Sensus Sales Meetings + Participation in SPAN sessions (customer users group) + **Document training and educational requirements of stakeholders.** + **Translate requirements into content and delivery.** **Training Program Development and Coordination** + **Manage a cross-functional training team, including instructional designers and software training specialists.** + **Oversee the design and delivery training for users of the FlexNet communication network** . + **Organize and facilitate onsite and remote training sessions for utility customers and Sensus distributors across North America.** + **Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align training schedules with project milestones and customer needs.** + Manage the distributor certification process + Keep training material current on Xylem website. + Maintain the onsite training lab to be used for hands on training sessions. **Operational Oversight** + **Monitor training-related budgets and advocate for cost-shifting strategies to support follow-up training and services.** + Support custom pricing strategies for RFPs, Statements of Work, and other custom training requests. + **Maintain a consistent intake and tracking process for training requests and content development** **Continuous Improvement** + **Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback from surveys and stakeholder input.** + **Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into training programs.** **Qualifications:** + **Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.** + Strong knowledge of the FlexNet Communication Network and Sensus technologies preferred but not required. + **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.** + **Relationship building and networking skills.** + **Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.** + **Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.** + **Familiarity with instructional design tools and learning management systems.** + **Proven experience in training program management.** + Experience with utilities and smart metering preferred but not required Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
