This role serves as both the technical architect and people leader for Edwards’ Test Automation Center of Excellence. This role will own automation architecture, modeling standards, toolchain governance, and delivery execution across JDE, Salesforce, and EW1. This role will evolve to include Process Mining & Mapping responsibilities in later phases once automation reaches early stability.

How you will make an impact: 
• Define and govern enterprise automation architecture (modeling, reusable libraries, selectors/waits, API validations).
• Lead toolchain governance across Tosca, CI/CD, Execution Grid, Git, and Octane.
• Conduct technical reviews of models, components, data flows, and pipelines.
• Manage and mentor a multi-pod automation team across phases.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, and platform teams.
• Drive quarterly OKRs covering coverage, stability, MTTR, and execution performance.
• Manage vendor engagements and ensure toolchain stability.
• Oversee transition to Process Mining & Mapping as Phase 2/3 scope.
 

What you’ll need: 
• 6–8 years in QA/TA with strong automation architecture experience.
• Hands-on mastery of model-based automation (Tosca or similar).
• Strong CI/CD pipeline and parallel execution expertise.
• ERP/CRM testing experience (JDE, Salesforce).
• Strong Git discipline and code review capabilities.
• Proven ability to stabilize regressions and design test data solutions.
 

What else we look for: 
• Ability to lead a 10–12 FTE technical team.
• Strong stakeholder communication and roadmap ownership.
• Experience building CoE capabilities from the ground up.

• Future Scope: Establish Process Mining & Mapping capabilities after Phase 2–3.
