We are now looking for a passionate, systematic, experienced and result-oriented manager for our team to turn bold ideas into real-world impact. You will be at the heart of our most ambition digital initiatives and delivering programs what shape the future of our business. This is role reporting to the Head of Product Development, AutoMine®. The position is based in Tampere, Finland at our home office in Tulli Business Park located in the city center.
Your role will concentrate on leading a team of experts working on new solutions introducing new modern technologies to our products. You will also own technology development projects and collaborate also with our research unit. Competence building is one key success factor you need to master. Rapid prototyping providing valuable information of technology concept possibilities is your passion, while maintaining systematic approach and status awareness of project constraints and targets. Your Qualifications and Key Responsibilities
You have knowledge of autonomous vehicles technologies, with passion to work with software development, sensor technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning frameworks to support our world-leading solution development.You have experience of project planning and scheduling: creating and updating the project plans and preparing work breakdown structure, resource planning and budget together with team and other stakeholders.You have demonstrated excellence in leading diverse teams and fostering an environment focused on competence development, empowering your team members to grow and achieve ambitious goals.Your Profile
You have relevant technical education (e.g., Master of Science), and prior experience working with the specified context. We value your experience of leading teams, and automation or mobile equipment development in an international business environment. You can specify, plan, and document your ideas and you have a proactive systematic and structured way of working. You have good verbal and writing skills in English.
You can establish strong professional relationships directly with relevant stakeholders and communicate with them at all levels. You understand wider business needs and find innovative solutions to complex problems. You can work proactively and systematically in a fast-changing business environment with a strong success focus. You have a willingness to travel internationally.
