How You’ll Make an Impact   

Lead, coach and develop a team of technical project and program managers to achieve high performance and strong collaborationOversee execution of multiple technical projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule and budget are integrated and managed effectivelySupport the standardization and consistent application of project management processes, tools, methodologies and governance across all initiativesAllocate resources strategically across projects and programs, balancing workloads and aligning with organizational prioritiesCommunicate and collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to achieve timely, within-budget project objectives and success metricsProvide regular updates to leadership on program performance, risk management and outcomesServe as an escalation point for complex project and program challenges

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Experience   

3+ years of technical project management experience

Skills   

Demonstrated knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologiesExperience using project management applicationsProven leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Skills

Understanding of network infrastructure and equipment installation lifecycleFamiliarity with routers, switches, firewalls, cabling, and related hardwareKnowledge of change management and implementation controlsExecutive communicationCustomer/stakeholder relationship management
