**JOB SUMMARY**
Support Services and Enablement is a critical function driving seamless, efficient, and scalable hiring processes that support business growth and workforce transformation. This role focuses on operational excellence, process enablement, global scale, and stakeholder collaboration to empower the global talent acquisition teams.
The **Manager, Talent Acquisition Support Services & Enablement** , is responsible for leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators and supporting the ongoing development and optimization of global Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and workflows. This role aims to improve recruiter efficiency, support organizational growth globally, and deliver an exceptional Hiring Manager and candidate experience. This position assists with TA tasks related to recruitment and provides coaching, training, and development to the team to promote accurate, timely, and compliant operations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and operating procedures. The Manager also plays a critical role in coordinating with Corporate teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing team performance. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a foundational background in TA support services and remote team operations. The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational support, a basic understanding of TA technology platforms, and a passion for supporting recruiting teams through process optimization and data-driven insights.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or GED; 2 years’ experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
OR
+ 2-year degree from an accredited University in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
**Preferred Qualifications and Skills:**
+ Two years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on operations and process improvement
+ Experience leading and managing remote operations
+ Experience using and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation
+ Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Team and Process Optimization:**
+ Drive seamless, consistent execution of recruiting support services
+ Oversee a team of recruiting coordinators whose primary responsibilities include managing job postings, meeting scheduling, drafting offer letters, completing pre-hire check and quality assurance and other recruiting activities as needed
+ Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, implement best practices, and utilize technology to streamline workflows
+ Lead and mentor a team of TA coordinators, provide guidance and training, and ensure strong team performance by setting clear expectations and goals
+ Manage multiple teams working various shifts based on business needs. Post daily work schedule
+ Conduct regular team meetings and maintain effective communication channels between Corporate and local teams
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
+ Leverage data and analytics to monitor TA performance, distribute work assignments, and identify operational bottlenecks
+ Analyze data to track key metrics, improve recruitment performance, implement best practices and generate reports for management
+ Monitor and optimize recruitment systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Address and resolve issues in a timely manner
+ Audit the external and internal career site to ensure new roles are available to candidates
**Stakeholder Engagement and Issue Resolution:**
+ Build strong partnerships with recruiters, recruiting coordinators and other departments to align support services with business needs
+ Serve as an escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
+ Be a trusted advisor to recruiting and hiring team members
+ Communicate with HR and hiring leaders to ensure all required data is complete on the requisition and candidate profiles
+ Partner with team leaders to understand work requirements and expectations to communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position
**Process Management:**
+ Ensure process meets local compliance guidelines across all geographies, business units, and talent segments
+ Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and training materials for support services
+ Understand compliance risks, and audit team’s work to ensure accuracy
**Candidate Experience:**
+ Facilitate a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
