Responsibilities

As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will manage recruitment operations to deliver the placement of associates in a timely manner utilizing cost effective methods.  Please note this is a Remote position supporting Austin, Kyle, Round Rock & Waco, Texas (TX).  Travel will be required for leadership meetings, presentations and for special hiring events.  

Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures.Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff.Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work.Monitor organizational structure and budget management.Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges.Ensure that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences Bachelor's degree or above preferred3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, in a large healthcare system preferredCreative and innovative leadership skillsExperience with data interpretation, manipulation & reporting Skilled at presenting to small to large groups, from front line staff to executivesA gifted communicator who is experienced in facilitating collaboration & building cohesiveness among cross functional teams
