Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **Responsibilities** As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will manage recruitment operations to deliver the placement of associates in a timely manner utilizing cost effective methods. Please note this is a Remote position supporting Austin, Kyle, Round Rock & Waco, Texas (TX). Travel will be required for leadership meetings, presentations and for special hiring events. + Streamline the recruiting process with systems or procedures. + Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. + Assign tasks and prioritizes and coordinates work. + Monitor organizational structure and budget management. + Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to review progress, resolve issues, and identify challenges. + Ensure that all weekly reports and dashboards are consistently completed and submitted to the appropriate stakeholders. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. **Additional Preferences** + Bachelor's degree or above preferred + 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, in a large healthcare system preferred + Creative and innovative leadership skills + Experience with data interpretation, manipulation & reporting + Skilled at presenting to small to large groups, from front line staff to executives + A gifted communicator who is experienced in facilitating collaboration & building cohesiveness among cross functional teams **Why Join Our Team** Ascension is a leading nonprofit Catholic health system with a culture and associate experience grounded in service, growth, care and connection.
