What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black & Decker, Germany. Initially, you will have a primary focus on Stanley Engineered Fastenings (SEF) however aim to expand our Talent Acquisition offering across Germany to cover Tools & Outdoor. Together with your Team, you will develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Stanley Black & Decker as an employer of choice, whilst independently deliver against recruiting goals across full lifecycle hiring.

Specifically, you will:

Independently deliver end to end recruiting in Germany across a broad range of disciplinesMentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performanceDrive our internal TA offering, minimizing the need for 3rd party vendorsTrack and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.Support with our EVP, commitment to inclusivity and contribute to positioning Stanley Black & Decker as an Employer of ChoiceManagement and collaboration with Recruitment Agencies (incl. Management of Master Vendor Partners)Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on the full recruitment processATS optimization, ensuring the ATS candidate flow is adheredEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a broad range of positions from inception through to completion.  You will collaborate with business hiring managers and HR colleagues to execute against the recruitment strategy in attracting and assessing ideal talent for our organization. We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, whilst being a trusted partner to our stakeholders.
