Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology or related field10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience5+ years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition teamBilingual in English and Spanish a mustExperience in developing and implementing strategic hiring plansExperience in managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationshipsExperience supporting executive recruitment and contingent labor programsProficiency in leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment processesWHAT YOU’LL GET

Hiring Range: $95,200-$149,490
