This Talent Acquisition Manager will lead high-volume hiring operations at a manufacturing mega-site, driving strategic recruitment initiatives to support rapid growth and large-scale workforce needs. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing a team of recruiters, optimizing processes, and ensuring delivery of top-tier technical talent in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The manager will align global TA strategies with site-specific goals, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and excellence in execution.
What can you expect to do?
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver high quality talent to the business in a timely manner.Ensure the communication of clear measurable goals and objectives by which to measure individual and team results. (i.e., open job requisitions, cost per hire, time to hire, etc.).Partner with site leadership and HR to forecast hiring needs and align TA efforts with operational goals.Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies tailored to mega-site operations, including expansion and ramp-up phases.Actively manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction and effective partnerships.Monitor performance and compliance through analysis of metrics and qualitative data.Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.Champion the use of technology and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM, analytics platforms) to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the TA team.Who will you be working with?
As a part of the North America Regional Talent Acquisition Team, you will be working with Site Leaders, HR partners and other cross-functional partners.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree RequiredMinimum of 8 years’ Talent Acquisition experience, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience with 3+ direct reports.Experience must include in-depth knowledge and awareness of recruiting strategies, sourcing strategies, data analytics, internal and external provider management, and building high performance talent acquisition teams.Experience in using and optimizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), CRMs and other recruitment tools (i.e. Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn, Beamery, etc.).Strong technical recruiting background is a plus.Experience staffing and recruiting executives is a plus.Benefits Package with Jabil
