**Manager, Systems & Digital Deployment, Caribbean, CA & Uruguay (CCAU) Insurance**

**_Purpose_**
Contributes to the overall success of the Insurance business in CCAU ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
**Accountabilities**
+ Support Project Management activities for CCAU Systems
+ Provide support to local Business for all Insurance systems
+ Collaborate with IT team in the coordination of any insurance system decommission
+ Work closely with Local Business and IT to the setup of new products in the insurance systems
+ Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
+ Works closely with the business community, IT organization and System vendors that provide support to our Business
+ Typical assignment includes working alongside the Senior Manager, Digital Deployment and the Digital Factory team, CCAU Customer Product Distribution and Performance Management teams to gather requirements for all system releases.
+ Responsible to perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure Business requirements are successfully implemented.
+ Contributes to the strategy, development and implementation of new or revised systems and procedures.
+ Contributes to developing detailed documentation of business needs for systems development and changes.
+ Reviews and documents process work flows and provides training materials
+ Implements agreed to enhancement opportunities for improvement & efficiencies of our insurance systems and processes. Ensures accuracy and effectiveness of Insurance systems.
+ Maintains thorough understanding of Insurance Systems capabilities, gaps and opportunities.
+ Performs analytics and reporting to generate an accurate and insightful perspective on rule effectiveness and volumes. Provides production support to queries and potential systems issues.
+ Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
+ Under the direction of the Senior Manager, ensures effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
+ Production Support and other duties as assigned.
**Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role)**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business/Technology or equivalent work experience
+ Knowledge and experiences with Insurance is an asset
+ 3-5+ years International Banking experience is an asset
+ Agile/Scrum knowledge is an strong asset
+ Experience performing User Acceptance Testing is an asset
+ Strong project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; reporting
**Technical Skills**
+ Advanced MS Office skills is a must
+ Working knowledge of data mining tools, PowerBI, SQL is desired

+ Ability to work autonomously under tight timelines
+ Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constant changes
+ Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze, recommend and implement solutions.
