We are seeking a **Manager, Sustainability, Brazil (Reporting & Climate)** to lead sustainability reporting and climate-related initiatives in one of our most strategic and complex markets in Latin America. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust, credible, and consistent sustainability data, advancing progress toward our climate commitments, and enabling informed decision-making across the business and the Coca-Cola system. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigor, project management capability, and the ability to collaborate across functions and with bottlers in a highly matrixed environment. If you are passionate about data-driven sustainability, climate action, and impact at scale, we want you on our team. **What You'll Do for Us** + **Lead sustainability reporting for Brazil** , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global and regional frameworks, timelines, and disclosure requirements. + **Drive the climate agenda in Brazil** , coordinating initiatives related to emissions reduction, energy, and climate performance in partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, and bottlers. + **Manage sustainability data, metrics, and analytics** , translating complex information into clear insights to support business decisions and external reporting. + **Coordinate cross-functionally** with PACS, Finance, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure climate and sustainability priorities are embedded in planning and execution. + **Serve as the primary interface** with Corporate and LATAM Sustainability and PACS teams on reporting standards, climate targets, and performance tracking. + **Support external engagement and transparency** , collaborating with Communications and PACS teams to provide credible content that strengthens corporate reputation. + **Execute the Sustainability Annual Business Plan (ABP)** for reporting and climate priorities, including operational project delivery, budget management, and progress tracking. **Requirements & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field preferred. + Solid experience (typically 6-8 years) in sustainability, ESG reporting, climate programs, or related disciplines within a multinational or complex organization. + Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, climate metrics, and emissions management. + Demonstrated experience managing data-intensive projects with high standards of accuracy and accountability. + Proven ability to work across a matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with bottlers or franchise partners. + Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. + Solid business acumen, with the ability to connect sustainability performance to operational and reputational outcomes. + Excellent communication and influencing skills, with credibility to engage internal and external stakeholders. + Portuguese and English fluency required. **What We'll Do for You** + **Global Exposure:** Be part of a globally connected Sustainability and PACS organization, collaborating with regional and corporate teams on reporting and climate strategy. + **Iconic Brands:** Contribute to the sustainability journey of one of the world's most respected and recognizable companies. + **Learning & Development:** Access leadership development programs, continuous learning opportunities, and global sustainability networks. + **Purpose-Driven Work:** Play a meaningful role in advancing climate action and transparency in one of Coca-Cola's most important markets.
