Basic Qualifications:
' Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
' 7+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or related supply chain roles.
' Strong experience in supply network planning, RCCP, and inventory management.
' Experience in a planning Centre of Excellence (COE) or similar process improvement environment highly preferred.
' Proficiency with advanced planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.) and analytics tools.
'
Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous
environments.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) a plus.
' Deep understanding of supply planning principles and their application in complex, dynamic environments.

Position Overview:
The Manager, Supply Planning will lead the end-to-end supply planning process to ensure optimal production, inventory, and supply network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
' Develop, implement, and continuously improve supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
' Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) activities and drive supply network planning to optimize inventory and service levels.
' Own the master supply plan, translating demand forecasts into actionable production and inventory strategies.
' Oversee production planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely order fulfillment.
' Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to resolve constraints and balance capacity with demand.
' Manage supply network planning across multiple sites, suppliers, and distribution centers.
' Execute Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to assess capacity requirements and proactively address bottlenecks.
' Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence while maintaining service targets.
' Analyze inventory trends and implement best practices for stock management.
' Drive planning excellence through standardized processes, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
' Mentor and train team members on best-in-class supply planning principles and tools.
' Partner with cross-functional COE teams to deploy advanced planning systems and analytics.
