What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:
Lead or co-lead moderately complex projects, effectively managing time and resources
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to departmental work, including:
Authoring change controls of moderate to high complexity.
Supply Chain change control ownership.
Ownership and point of contact for Supply Chain CAPAs and Commitments
Document sponsor and administrator for Supply Chain SOP/FORM periodic reviews and revisions; including implementation of Smart Document System and other e-System changes.
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and develop new options in non-standard situations, operating independently in ambiguous contexts
Work independently on assignments, receiving guidance on unusual or complex problems
Review your own work, seek directional feedback, and mentor other colleagues by reviewing their work.
Utilize judgment and experience to potentially become a resource for others
Act as a liaison between supply chain teams and supported site functions, guiding teams in change management and business processes.
Prepare forecasts for resource requirements and identify areas for improvement in products, processes, or services
Review project and budget statuses, manage schedules, and prepare status reports to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
Facilitate agreements between different Pfizer teams to ensure customers and patients receive necessary medicines on time
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience OR Master’s degree with more than 2 years of experience, OR a PhD with 0 years of experience OR an Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience OR High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
Proven ability to effectively develop, communicate, and gain support for execution plans with a wide range of stakeholders
Broad knowledge of logistics and supply chain environment
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry supply chain best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Advanced Information Technology and analytical skills (MS-Office, MS Project, System Application & Products Tableau, etc.)
Knowledge of and experience with quality management systems (e.g., QTS, eQMS) and document management systems (e.g., PDOCs).
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Relevant operational experience across manufacturing site functions (e.g., Quality, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and EH&S)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Must have the ability to translate complex, specialized information into clear, concise, and accurate documentation tailored to various audiences.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to $160,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
