We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to lead our high-performing team of Specialists in Canadian Operations. This fast-paced role combines strategic supplier management with strong leadership, emphasizing team efficiency and capacity optimization. The ideal candidate excels at building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally, and possesses exceptional change management skills to drive continuous improvement.
What will you do?
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of SRM Specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementDevelop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and senior managementImplement agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and streamline processesDevelop and execute innovative strategies to optimize supplier relationships and performance in a fast-paced environmentNegotiate strategic contracts and agreements with key suppliers to maximize valueImplement data-driven performance monitoring systems and spearhead improvement initiativesProactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuityLead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologiesContinuously evaluate and enhance team processes to drive efficiency and capacityServe as the primary point of contact for strategic suppliers, fostering strong partnershipsWhat do you need to succeed?
5+ years of experience in supplier relationship management or related roles5+ years of proven success in leading and developing high-performing teamsExceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organizationDemonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and successful implementation of organizational changesProven ability to drive team efficiency and optimize capacity in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building consensus and influencing stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to tackle complex issues and develop innovative solutionsImpressive track record of developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationshipsExpertise in project management and process optimizationProficiency in SRM software and data analysis tools for informed decision-makingSolid understanding of industry regulations (OSFI/B10 guidelines) and compliance requirementsIn-depth knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management best practices in supplier managementPMP or CPSM designation (an asset)Reasons why should you join us under the sun

It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
