Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As Stylist Manager in Studio A GCA your task is to lead all styling projects of Adidas product across lifestyle and sports category. This position requires a highly organised and efficient team member with impeccable fashion and styling sense and an exceptional eye for detail. Additionally, as Studio A in-house stylist, you will be focusing on resource management and coordination of styling activities across different content creation projects from ecomm PDP shooting, short videos, editorial content to livestreaming, acting as the central interface to ensure our styling output meet our commercial objectives while maintaining a high standard output that inline with our brand guideline.
Key Responsibilities
Driving the styling and quality standards of all content produced Studio A. As a stylist manager, you will lead all styling effort across all category, and make sure the content we produce is well styled and on brand. Working collaboratively with our creative team to create shooting concepts and directions, especially coming up with styling directions for new product launch. Provide clear, concise styling direction; bring expert experience to shoot productions and effectively direct a styling team from start to finish, including the building of mood-boards, developing styled looks, overseeing on-set dressing and styling for on-figure and still life styling. Upholding brand guidelines consistently across platforms, channels, and marketplaces. Manage our sample room, working together with producers to make sure we have all the styling items needed to handle daily shooting task.
Resource Planning
Form, lead, manage and monitor group of external stylist and MUAs acrros different studio location including our partner’s studio Resource scheduling and planning for all of the stylist needed on set
Communication
Act as the key contact person for all styling need for digital team and provide solutions for any styling request that comes within digital team. Presenting and communicating the styling direction to keystakeholder including getting feedback and approvals needed. Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and departments inside China Studio A as well as across multiple departments across the group.

Requirements
Education & Experience
University degree with focus on Editorial, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication, Photography related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience At least 5 years of experience in editorial magazine, in-house brand creative team, or production houses as stylist, product visualization, design, or as producer or photographer but with specific creative oversight responsibility for the ongoing daily styling of merchandise especialy for product related assets creation such as PDP, editorial content or short video Deep subject matter expertise in styling for photography and video, focused on eCommerce photography and digital content creation A strong sense of style with proven, exceptional talent for understanding both performance and lifestyle sportswear styling and the ability to make those ideas a reality on set every day Portfolio that demonstrates broad experience in styling for both on-figure apparel photography and still-life (off-figure) photography Deep and demonstrable experience with on-set standards, best practices, and demands Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (Business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc.) Experience working as studio management or project manager in TP company is a plusSoft-Skills

Hard-Skills
