Manager, Strategic Partnerships - North America - Remote

Make a lasting impact in neurovascular care! As the Manager, Strategic Partnerships – North America, you’ll lead efforts to strengthen and grow relationships with key customers across the U.S. and Canada. Partnering with regional sales leaders, you’ll act as the strategic liaison ensuring alignment between customer needs and company goals—driving engagement strategies that fuel long-term commercial success.

What you will do:

Strategic Customer Identification:

Collaborate with the North America (NA) sales leadership team to identify high-priority customers and strategic accounts where deeper engagement and partnership opportunities exist.

Relationship Development & Management:

Serve as the primary corporate point of contact for strategic customers. Build and sustain meaningful relationships through regular communication, on-site visits, and ongoing engagement.

Customer Insight & Engagement Planning:

Travel to meet with key customers to understand their strategic interests, needs, and goals. Develop individualized engagement plans that align with both customer priorities and the company’s business objectives.

Customer Segmentation & Profiling:

Aligned with global customer segmentation strategic, lead the development and maintenance of customized profiles for each priority target customer. Partner with the NA sales team to ensure profiles are current, actionable, and support tailored engagement strategies.

Congress & Event Engagement:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute strategic engagement plans at key industry congresses and events.

Regional Marketing Collaboration:

Work with NA marketing managers to understand annual programs, campaigns, and educational initiatives. Recommend and align appropriate strategic customers to participate in or support these initiatives.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Ensure continuous alignment across sales management, North America marketing, medical education, professional affairs, and other internal stakeholders to optimize customer engagement and deliver a cohesive experience to key accounts.

Professional Affairs Liaison:

Manage contracting process for NA strategic customers.

Performance Monitoring:

Track engagement and relationship progress, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

What you will need:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required8+ years of work experience requiredAbility to travel up to 40% across North America

Preferred:

Masters Degree preferred5+ years of experience in strategic account management, partnerships, marketing, or customer engagement, highly preferably within the neurovascular space.

$115,600 - $245,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
