High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or relevant field of study preferredWork Experiences:
7+ years of retail operations or merchandising experience requiredProduct merchandising experience preferredBusiness continuity planning and execution preferredPrevious experience understanding Floor Plans and PlanogramsSkills:

Support the execution of an assigned merchandise category, providing comprehensive feedback and insight into planograms, floor plans, visual and signage, fixtures, merchandising, price changes and inventory transfers on behalf of stores organizationCollaborate with Risk Management and other corporate stakeholders to ensure business continuity during both anticipated and unexpected service interruptionsCollaborate with specific corporate partners and the stores to drive, activate and improve the Hot Market initiativesManage the In-Store Services and 3rd party vendor relationshipsPartner with corporate departments to provide stores with complete, timely and informative directives on all merchandise related tasks and projects for multiple or expansive product categoriesGather feedback from stores regarding merchandise execution task and merchandising opportunitiesManage the in-store execution of POG sets and develop post mortems for all major seasonal setsLead directly and indirectly to drive sales through leadership, providing direction and constant coachingProvide stores with details to drive core and seasonal POG sets and in-store initiativesPartner with corporate and store teams regarding initiatives to drive sales, control costs and improve customer experienceParticipate in coordinating merchandising tasks for special projects tied to specific product categoriesCollaborate with stores, merchants and other departments to improve future merchandising executionRegularly evaluate and adjust current processes in partnership with the larger Store Operations teamExecute weekly business reviews through analysis of specific product categoriesDevelop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rulesResponsibilities may change; team members may be required to perform other tasks as assignedPhysical Requirements & Attendance
