In this role, you will engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate anti-corruption and related risk for Walmart US, Ecommerce, Walmart Global Technology Services, and the Walmart Foundation.What you'll do...Manage the due diligence intake process for international donations & sponsorships.Collaborate with business partners to identify, conduct due diligence review, and negotiate the inclusion of anti-corruption contract language with all international donations and sponsorships. Ensure continuous compliance with the Walmart Global Anti-Corruption Policy and Procedures for all international donations and sponsorships, including Walmart Foundation Grants. Provide support focused for ongoing implementation of the expanded scope ABAC Program enhancing controls to address U.S. domestic corruption risksAssist with the design and execution of remediation plans for monitoring findings by Audit, Level I & IITrack and monitor of annual anti-corruption training and certifications.Develop and deliver anti-corruption training and awareness content to associates across multiple business units and TPI’sCollaborate with financial teams and other business units to ensure compliance with Walmart’s financial controlsFacilitate annual Risk Assessments for international and U.S. scope, including responsibility for design and execution of TPI-related management action plans associated with contributing business unitsMonitor of Government Expenditure and HR Screening controls, to identify and mitigate corruption risk

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
