Description The role is responsible for leading and executing high-priority initiatives that enhance quality operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment across the organizationThe ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-function projects, developing effective communication strategies, and driving organizational changes in a fast-paced healthcare environmentProject Management:Lead and oversee special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic prioritiesDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between departments to achieve project objectivesIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project success within scope, time, and budget constraintsCommunication & Stakeholder Engagement:Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for special projects, ensuring clear messaging and engagement across internal and external stakeholdersAct as liaison between leadership, clinical teams, administrative staff, and external partners to facilitate project successPrepare reports, presentations, and updates for executive leadership and key stakeholdersOrganize and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to ensure alignment and adoption of new initiativesStrategic & Operational SupportConduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and project developmentMonitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to inform project strategiesAdditional Duties As AssignedTravel: Less than 10% of the time may be requiredWork Type: On-Site employee - Works in the office or at a physical workplace, interacting with colleagues face-to-face

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education - Bachelor's in healthcare administration, business, communications, public health, or a related fieldExperience - 5+ years of experience in project management and communication within a healthcare setting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, regulatory affairs, or a related field 5 Years + Experience, Project management experience , preferably in a healthcare regulatory, quality, or compliance settingProven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projectsPMP or similar certification strongly preferred

Knowledge, skills, and ability requirements:

Experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in a hospital, health system, or managed care organization
