We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and support the delivery of business solutions for BPMT in a fun, fast-paced, and agile environment. While Pega experience is not required, familiarity with Pega BPM or certification as a Pega Business Analyst is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to capture business needs and translate them into functional specifications.Process Analysis: Document current and future state processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.Collaboration: Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.Testing & Validation: Support QA activities and assist in UAT to validate solutions.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for clear alignment.Documentation: Maintain detailed process models, user stories, and project documentation.Production Release Support and Certification : RPA/Departmental. Smoke Testing/UAT.What you have

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development projects.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.Develops innovative solutions to increase organizational effectiveness and align with strategic goals.Creates innovative strategies that amplify business impact through effective product management practices.Enhances business outcomes by partnering with teams to organize and prioritize requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Pega BPM experience or Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification is desired.Experience in financial services is a plus.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Rally is desired.Applies analytical thinking to abstract factors, guides outcomes, and sets priorities.Consistently maintains clear, open communication to enhance collaboration with others.Leverages industry expertise to guide strategy and guide team members in industry and marketplace dynamics.Drives growth by sharing expertise and encouraging knowledge, skill, and ability development.Encourages independent problem-solving and decision-making.Anticipates reactions from individuals and groups in situations and plans accordingly.Seeks new methods or technologies to enhance work outcomes.Influences improvements in efficiency and effectiveness within a function.Adapts oral communication to engage diverse stakeholders and inspire action.Earns trust through ethical decisions and deep subject matter knowledge.Leads activities, implements goal-setting strategies, and resolves a wide range of issues.Analyzes trends and recommends strategies to sustain the firm's competitive advantage.Produces high-quality written materials tailored to different stakeholders.
