How You’ll Make an Impact   

Manage and guide a development team collaborating with product, operations and testing teams to deliver high-quality codeProvide direction and support on shifting priorities for new projects and ongoing enterprise initiatives, delegating tasks as neededImplement software proposals, accurately estimate scope of work and align resources for completionWork closely with cross-functional teams to manage resource allocation, budget considerations and project timelinesServe as escalation point for internal partners, resolving roadblocks and mitigating risks to ensure on-time software deliveryEnsure projects are documented thoroughly for future reference and complianceOffer input to management regarding technical challenges, strategic project planning, system operations and new software development

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience

Experience   

5+ years of software engineering experience2+ years of leadership experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,780.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
