PURPOSE
This role is a member of the Service Development team within the EMEA region, reporting to the Director Service Development EMEA for the GlobalView business line.
The purpose of this role is to closely cooperate with the Director Service Development in deploying business growth strategies in the GlobalView EMEA Client Service environment. Based on a strong collaboration with Sales, Service, other GV departments and ADP Partners, manager will contribute to develop the service scope of GV EMEA, with a focus on ancillary services. Associate will provide thorough analysis and recommendations to resolve service gaps and secure a successful client journey, implement and enforce strong service solutions, maintain an accurate information in the dedicated tools and ensure an efficient delivery of the contracted services.
The success of this role relies on good understanding of GV service scope and definitions, service operations, and client needs.
GV is run as a matrix organization with functional heads for sales, implementation, client services, product and technology, application services and service delivery. This position will work closely with these areas to contribute to the sales, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets
ROLE OBJECTIVES
Support growth, client satisfaction, service efficiency and profitability of the GlobalView business in the region
• Contribute to a positive client experience in their journey from Sales to Service
• Be a partner for GV Sales team and Business Consultants, supporting requests on GV service definition
• Support GV EMEA Client Services teams to understand and adhere to the contracted service scope
• Contribute to identify Client needs, propose and implement additions to the services scope
• Ensure the maintenance of processes and accuracy of information in the dedicated tools
• Partners Relationship management: act as the primary contact for a range of Partners in GlobalView EMEA, ensuring the operational performance and the timely and effective delivery of Payroll and Beyond Payroll services to Clients
a. Identify and onboard new partners, ensure their compliance with ADP requirements
b. Support contractual and pricing negotiations in close collaboration with the Global Partner Network team
c. Chair & perform regular business reviews, document agreed actions and resolve outstanding points
d. Manage Partner’s access to ADP systems, support internal requests, audit-related and compliance activities.
• Business Development and projects
a. Conduct or support investigations based on Clients’ requests and business needs
b. Identify services opportunities on the market and prepare business cases
c. Contribute to maintain the Catalogue of service, service definitions and client-facing materials
d. Support Client or internal presentations of services, support local campaigns and initiatives
e. Lead or support projects in one’s area of responsibility
