Responsibilities

Demonstrates a balance of technical expertise, strong relationship management, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key attributes include:

Customer-centric approach with a strong service orientationVendor relationship management experience, including working with MSPs, SOWs, ContractsProven ability in SOW (Statement of Work) development and managing to defined deliverables and SLAsA Lean mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiencyAbility to build trust and collaborate effectively with external partners and internal stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolutionFamiliarity with contract language and ability to navigate legal/operational termsExperience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed or dynamic environmentSkilled at conflict resolution and maintaining team cohesion under pressureComfortable with reporting and analytics to drive performance improvementsFamiliar with Oracle Cloud/Oracle Fusion SW products such as, but not limited to PeoleSoft, Supply Chain & Identity ManagementPrior Software as a Service (SaaS) contract and vendor engagement experience, including a background in understanding the complexities introduced by applications managed and utilized within the cloud from a support and maintenance, patching, upgrades perspective.

Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
